MODEST's vision was and still is to transform the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages and their families by providing them with a wide range of services was realized in 2005. Since then, many a wide range of services have been developed to address the needs of individuals. This milestone is a result of years of hard work and commitment by MODEST's employees, the Board of Directors in conjunction with the support from the New York State Office For People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Staten Island Developmental Disabilities Council, other service providers and the community at large. MODEST's employees are extremely proud to be taking part in transforming the lives of many individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by creating more opportunities that lead to full and rewarding lives. |
